Nokia rolled out the QWERTY Asha series phone ASHA 210 officially(most social handset)

Nokia announced a latest addition to the Asha series is the QWERTY Asha 210 handset. This series has both single and dual-sim asha phones and its a good entry level with attractive features, it seems nokia is a bit serious about its low end phones market.

With a resolution of 320X240 pix. and a 2.4 inch LCD providing a full functional four way QWERTY keyboard, it seemed to target the customers who are more of sort of living on SMS esp. young guns.

As they do lot of SMSing and lives on a low budget.

Well a surprise is though for us is the quick launch Whatsapp button on the phone which gives you the quick access to pre-installed Whatsapp application, my-my now Nokia is doing some talking with such a good feature.

It comes with a inbuilt WiFi with a button to toggle on/off it, but it lacks the 3G/LTE option it doesnt have 3G/LTE hardware in it. It will run on 2G internet connection that is either EDGE/GPRS. Which though is a lacking feature but what can we expect from a lower end device.

It also has a 2MP camera and 3.5mm audio jack and internal memory of just 64MB(another shortcoming) but gives you an option to put a SD card upto 32GB.

The dual sim will come with a dedicated sim swap buttons so we can swap the network without switching off the phone.

The Nokia Asha 210 will be available in yellow, cyan, black, magenta, and white when it goes on sale.

The estimated retail price for the Nokia Asha 210 is around $72(INR 2900-3000)
