Samsung Galaxy Player will Appear at CES 2011

Samsung has just announced that it will display a Galaxy player, music player devicebased on Android at CES 2011 which take place next week. The gadget is said to beinspired by the success of Galaxy S Samsung phones with similar specifications butwithout cellular connectivity.

Galaxy Player (YP-GB1) has a thickness of 9.9 mm, using Android 2.2 Froyo, wearing a1GHz processor, 1200mAh battery, the screen 4-inch Super Clear LCD WVGAresolution (800 × 480 pixels), T-DMB, SoundAlive audio technology, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth3.0, 3.2MP rear camera and front camera for video calls. In addition, embedded GPS,HD video player, microSD card slot, plus access to Android Market and SamsungApps.

Apart from the Galaxy Player, Samsung is also rumored to be featuring other portablemusic players like the YP-G50 and the YP-GB70.
