Google Got sued Because of Nexus One Issue



Google has just sued for breach of contract class action related to 3G connectivity problems that occur in the Nexus One. Google is also deemed to have been guilty of not providing adequate customer support for problems customers encountered.

This lawsuit accuses Google generally failed to provide 3G connectivity services to its users, although it is used in the Nexus One area that has strong 3G signal. Besides Google-sales support to customers on this issue is also not adequate. Google is also considered to violate the applicable communications regulations in the U.S. by making false and misleading claims about the Nexus One.


Plaintiffs are represented by Nathan Nabors of Florida demanding compensation for losses incurred, including representing the residents residing in the region and in California who have purchased the Nexus One since January last. Only Google is being sued in this matter and did not involve the HTC as an assembler or T-Mobile as a Cellular service provider. It is unknown how the value of compensation requested in this lawsuit. Meanwhile, Google has not provided responses to the class action.
