Sharp Launches Two Android Smartphone 3D

Sharp has recently launched two 3D Android smartphone in Japan. Two smartphone called the Galapagos Islands and Galapagos Softbank 003SH SoftBank 005SH uses 3D LCD screen to create three-dimensional effect that can be viewed without the need for special glasses.

Wearing Android OS 2.2, the second handset uses 3.8-inch LCD ASV display resolution of 800x480 pixels, Snapdragon 1 Ghz processor, wifi 802.11 b / g, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and the microSDHC slot. Differences between this handset lies in his camera. Sharp 005SH wear Galapagos 8 MP camera and a flip QWERTY keyboard and 4-way navigation board, while the series wear 003SH 9.6 MP camera.

In terms of content, both of these handsets have been getting support from Capcom.There are a variety of 3D games that have been prepared such as Mega Man, Ghosts' n Goblins: Gold Knights, Resident Evil: Degeneration, plus 7 3D movies including Shrek and Despicable Me.

Galapagos 003SH will be released in early December, while Galapagos 005SH is scheduled to appear in mid-February 2011.
