Sony Ericsson: Xperia X10 Will Be Able To Use Multi-Touch in Early 2011

Better late than never, it seems appropriate phrase to describe Android phone made by Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. After a late get updates Android 2.1 eclair, this time the phone is rumored to be getting multi-touch feature for OTA firmware updates in the first quarter of 2011. This has been confirmed by Rikard Skoberg of blogs Sony Ericsson products.

Support multi-touch is clearly going to provide facilities like pinch to zoom on images, web, and google maps. Pinch feature to zoom during the frequent complaints by mobile phone users Xperia X10 because of other Android phones, even the price was much cheaper phones that provide.

Just hope this multitouch support will be provided concurrently with the update the next Android alias Froyo or maybe Gingerbread. Who knows this has been a plan from Sony Ericsson, wait for further news.
