Samsung GT-i9023 Visit the FCC, Nexus S Volume 2 with Android 2.4?

A Samsung cell phone model number GT-i9023 has been found on the FCC to bringAWS 3G. What's interesting about this document is the view outside is very similar tothe Nexus S that has the model number GT-i9020. The existence of the news thatSamsung handsets similar occurrence with Nexus S is also strengthened by a reportthat displays the video BestBoyZ Nexus S with Android OS 2.4, aka Ice Cream. In this video also the About screen which shows the same text with the FCC documents ofi9023. This new model also recently received certification of the Bluetooth SIG andWi-Fi Alliance.

One thing more interesting is the news that in Europe there are few retail stores to register as a Nexus S i9023 series "Black Silver". If so then maybe this model is theother color variants of the Nexus S, but this could be questionable given the handsetneeds to enter the FCC. Nexus S itself is rumored to sometimes tested the Samsung touse Android 2.4 as part of improvements but this is still speculation.

So, whether it will appear Nexus S the second volume because their shapes are verysimilar? Or the handset is completely different?
