The famous BlackBerry Messenger service will be launching on iOS and Android sometime this Summer.
The new cross-platform app will support iOS devices running iOS 6 or
above and Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) and above. This is a big
step for BlackBerry, as it will allow users of BBM to communicate with
friends that are using different platforms.
The app will support multi-person conversations, voice note sharing
and BlackBerry Groups. BlackBerry Groups allows you to set up a group
for up to 30 people, in which you can share calendars, photos and
various other files.
